¿Where is located the camp-site? ¿Is it far from the city center?¿How long time does the bus take to arrive to a place near the city center?
-Our camp-site is at 3 kms from the city center, in the motorway of Málaga. We have a back door in the old road of Málaga too.
The bus takes approximately 10-15 mins (it depends on the traffic) to arrive to the Train Station.
Is the camp-site well connected for voyagers without a car?
-Yes, we have 3 bus stops to go to the city. One in the main door, other one in tha back door and the third one in a district called BOBADILLA.
There is also a bicycle path at less than 1500 meters that drives you to the city center.
Where is the district BOBADILLA?
-It is at 600 meters from the camp-site in the old road of Málaga.
Is there grass? is there natural shadow?
-There is grass almost all the year. In august is very difficult to maintain it because of the occupation. We have natural shadow, here there are a lot of trees.
Is easy the access for camping cars and motorhomes?
-Yes, we have easy access. One of the doors are specially for buses or big motorhomes.
Are pets allowed?
-Yes, they are allowed.Always with the strict surveillance of the owners.
Not clients yet: What is the last time to arrive? when is possible to arrive?
-You can come whenever you want, the only thing you have to do is send us an email with your approximative time of arrival, or a phone call as well.
The limit for not paying another night is 12h. You have to leave the camp-site at 12h, but you could leave 2/3 hours after.There is no problem. But if we have your pitch/bungalow reserved for the same day that you want to leave, you have to respect the limit time 12h.
We are Clients: Is the door of the camp-site closed at any time?. When do we have to come back?.
-Our door is open always, because there are people here always too. You can come back whenever you want.
Is the camp-site open all year including Christmas?
-Yes, we open 365 days a year.
Is the swimmingpool open all the year?
-No, the Swimmingpool is open only in summer.
How much do the swimmingpool and the hot water showers cost?
-They are free. 0$, 0€.
Is there any internet acces?
-We have WIFI in almost all the camp-site.
How many ampers does the electricity plug have? Is there any “european” plug?
-There are 2 kinds of plugs 10 ampers or 15 ampers. We have the “european” plug as well.
Could I book pitches or bungalows by email?
-No, you only can book Bungalows online by clicking in the website or by phone. Never with an email. It is completely needed to send money to confirm the reservation.
However, you can book pitches with no more than 3 days in advance by phone or email.
I want to make a reservation and there are only standard options like 2 people +1 pitch. What if we are 3 people or 2 pitches?
-All the offers are standard, you are right. The only thing you have to do is choose the one and then in the observations write the correct number of people, pitches, cars… we will make the reservation properly.
Do you have students card reductions?
-Yes, of course.
Do you make offers or reductions for groups? What is a group?
-Yes, groups are more than 3 pitches, or more than 12 people or more than 4 campincars…
Are the bungalows and rooms made of wood?
-The Bungalows and rooms are made of bricks. There is a main building with rooms and 2 bungalows, 2 independent bungalows and one independent room.
They have towels, bedding, and if it has kitchen there will be kitchen utensils.
In the price is always included the parking for the cars, WIFI, Swimming pool (during the summer), not breakfast.
Is there a Washing machine?
-Yes, the cost is 3€ and it takes 30 minutes to wash 4,5kgs.
Are the BBQ allowed?
-Yes, but only where the stuff allow you to place it.
Is possible to stay with my motorhome /caravan / camping car a long term?
-Yes, of course. We will offer you a concret budged depending on your necesities. We have great reductions. Contact us.
